If these are the bosses you work with, quit right now.
Because you are fooling yourself and gratifying another fools delusions.
Find a place, no matter how small or modest and work with people who encourage you to think.
Till you do that, you are not in the right place.
I would otherwise ask you to stand up to your boss and assert your point of view. But that does not take any creativity.
And then again, I would be lying if I said this will solve your problem or leave you feeling any happier.
